Project Information Phase 2 includes a partial renovation of the Ground Floor of the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing to create a new layout for offices, entry lobby, commons space, restrooms, and building support spaces. Phase 2 will also include exterior work to reposition the main building entrance at the south side of the building. All work identified in the Phase 1 area has already been awarded under a previous bid letting. Additional work for Phase 3 will be issued for bid at a later date.
