Mod #2 - MODIFIED TO ADD WALK-THROUGH AT FACILITY ON MONDAY APRIL 22 AT 2:00PM CT. DUE DATE FOR SOLICITATION IS NOW APRIL 29, 2024 AT 4:30 PM CT. The purpose of this scope of work is to provide a service contract for the Indian Health Service Oklahoma City Area Office (OCAO) access control system. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The base year Period of Performance will be 12 months from date of award with four (4) twelve (12) month option years. Annual PMI must occur Monday through Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm and be complete within 3 months of award. Original Set Aside: Buy Indian Set-Aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services)
