The project involves the reconstruction of drainage, sidewalks and pavement for approximately 900 ft of road in downtown Winsted. The Town will reject proposals received after the date and time noted above. The Project consists of the reconstruction of storm sewers, curbing, sidewalks, and pavement on Elm Street, between Main Street and Gay Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
