Work includes but isn't limited to the installation of new conduit and cabling for 12 new EV chargers, the demo of existing irrigation lines and landscaping, installation of new concrete housekeeping pads, installation of new pedestals and chargers provided by AVTA, sandblasting to remove existing parking lot striping, installation of new striping, and concrete parking stops. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
