Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lewisville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF the installation of concrete sidewalks, a natural surface walking trail, an 18-hole disc golf course, site lighting, grading, erosion control, and prefabricated amphitheater. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, or to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The Owner reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and time. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the State of North Carolina and be appropriately licensed as a Contractor as provided in General Statutes Chapter 87. All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 pm Wednesday April 10, 2024 to carrie.cranwill@mcgillassociates.com.
