Liquidated Damages $500.00 Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 08/29/2024 7:00 PM (PDT The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to wall mount (1) 5 ton outdoor air conditioning units, (2) 4 ton outdoor air conditioning unit, (1) 2 ton outdoor air conditioning unit, and (9) indoor air conditioning units, as well as install all associated electrical and refrigerant components including circuit breakers, wiring, conduit, and refrigerant line sets, to provide cooling to the upstairs offices and connect to all existing systems to achieve full functionality of the cooling system. There will be saw-cutting and concrete work required to complete the scope. No trenching, or earthwork, is expected as part of this project. Refer to plans for further information.
