SCOPE OF WORK & SPECIFICATIONS: Schedule A - West 12th Street Corridor Phase 4: The project generally includes widening the West 12th Street Corridor from 7100 West to 8300 West, including roadway and storm drain improvements. Schedule B - 12th Street Pipeline Replacement: The project generally includes the construction of 18,200 linear feet of 30" waterline. AWARD: The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. Award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest cost including delivery and any additional costs. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County.
