Granite School District is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide cleaning of vent hood and duct cleaning as per attached specifications. Please read all attached specifications and pay close attention to the vendor qualifications before bidding to thoroughly understand the project. Granite School District is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide cleaning of vent hood and duct cleaning as per attached specifications. Granite School District is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The District has 57 elementary schools, 15 junior high schools, 10 accredited high schools and 7 special program schools. Granite School District serves approximately 65,000 meals each day. The quantities to be purchased may vary depending upon external and internal changes, including but not limited to student participation and opportunity purchases. Granite School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing office for this bid and all subsequent addenda relating to it. Bidders shall not contact or offer gifts or gratuities to owners, users, or committee members to influence the selection process. This prohibition applies before the IFB documents are issued as the contract is developed and extends through the award of the contract. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. The contract will begin March 29th, 2024 and go through March 28th, 2025 with a possibility of (4) one year renewals, if agreeable to both parties. Owner Rights: Bids must be received by the posted due date and time. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any line items thereon and to make any combination of line-item awards. Bids may be rejected on grounds of non-responsiveness or non-responsibility. The District reserves the right to reject bids with multiple items per line item. Bidders submitting bids with more than one item per line item may be rejected on grounds of non-responsiveness or non-responsibility. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to be the sole judge of the merits and qualifications of all bids and the products submitted as "equal" to the District's specifications and not necessarily accept the lowest price offered. Bid acceptance or rejection will be posted on U3P. Any questions regarding terms and conditions are to be submitted prior to IFB due date. Attempts to take exception to any terms and conditions may render the quotation nonresponsive.
