Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) or General Engineering Contractor (E100) for new soccer and lacrosse field athletic netting at Skyline High School, Design and Installation of outdoor sports netting for the north and south ends of the soccer and lacrosse fields. Removal of all spoils from construction activities. Restoration of damage to turf, irrigation, and/or the Facility resulting from construction activities. Refer to Scope of Work section in this document for additional requirements. The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater. Refer to instructions contained in the solicitation documents on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Failure to submit a Bid Bond will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive.. Questions must be submitted by Monday, March 25, 2024, at 5:00 PM MDT. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P. Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements. Successful Bidder shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment to design and perform the work to install the athletic netting to the Specifications and in accordance with Bid Documents, General and Supplemental Conditions of the Construction Contract, and other documents as provided for the performance of this Work. Bidder shall provide turnkey solution for design, fabrication, and installation of a mesh outdoor sports netting system, with associated supporting structures, to be erected at the north and south ends of the two soccer/lacrosse fields as shown on the Drawings. Sports netting assembly shall be 120 feet in length, 30 feet in height and centered on the field centerline at each end of the fields. Sports netting shall be 1" or 1 1/2" nylon or polypropylene mesh.
