Reference Number 0000346475 The City of East Providence is seeking sealed bids for improvements to the Hull Street playground, including regrading of the existing playground and athletic fields to increase surface drainage, installing a backstop netting along Grosvenor Avenue, installing a subsurface perimeter drain, and installation of a new irrigation system compatible with the existing controller. This project is being funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds that require that all relevant federal and state regulations be adhered to such as prevailing wage rates for all construction activities.
