Reference Number 0000346533 The Adams County Board of County Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting bids for the 2024 Seal Program (the Program). The Program is a maintenance program that consists of providing seal on different streets approximately 54 lane miles in varies areas in unincorporated Adams County. The program area location maps are identified and attached to the bid package. The 2024 Seal Program shall be complete by October 31, 2024 after the Notice to Proceed is given. with the option of an one year renewal. Failure to complete the program by this date, or an extended date approved by the County, will result in liquidated damages being assessed.
