Statements of Qualification and Experience will be received by the Salt Lake City Department of Airports for a pool of firms to provide a wide range of planning and environmental services. For a pool of firms (Respondent or Respondents) to provide a wide range of planning and environmental services for implementation of the Airport's Capital Improvement Program identified in Salt Lake City International Airport Master Plan, the South Valley Regional Airport Master Plan, and the Tooele Valley Airport Master Plan (Airport or Airports). The City reserves the right to reject any and all statements or to accept any statement that is deemed to be more advantageous to the public and Salt Lake City Corporation. Respondents or their agents are instructed not to contact selection committee members, City employees, agents or contractors of the City, the Mayor's office, the City Council, or members of the Airport Board (as outlined in Salt Lake City Code Title 2 Chapter 2.44, Conflict of Interest), or externally manipulate or influence the procurement process in any way, other than through the instructions contained herein, from the date of release of this RFQ to the date of execution of the Agreement resulting from this solicitation. City, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Respondents that violate the prohibitions in this paragraph. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
