Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; for paving for a fitness / recreation center; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project is located at El Pescadero Park, 250 W. Kavanagh Ave, Tracy, CA 95376. Work includes but is not limited to: Reimagined El Pescadero park and new construction of a 2-story multigenerational recreation center. Building includes 3-court gymnasium, indoor running track, multipurpose rooms, bouldering/climbing wall, offices for the city Parks and Recreation Dept. and a satellite Police Dept. Office. Park upgrades include replacement of a skate park and dog park, new basketball court, updated parking lot with EV charging stations and new walking and biking trails. Accessibility upgrades and construction of an open-air entry pavilion and large public open lawn space. Bids are required for the entire project work and shall be made upon the Bid Forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
