Location and Description. The Project is located at 370 and 384 W. Arbor Road, APN 212-023-005, Tracy, CA 95304. Work includes: Coordination with PG&E for installation of a utility pole, two pad mounted utility transformers and connections/components listed below on both primary and secondary side of transformer, install a City furnished 208Y/120V, 3PH, 4W, 2500A electrical exterior switchboard, install a City furnished 208Y/120V, 3PH, 4W, 1600A electrical exterior switchboard, install City furnished 600 AMP and 225 AMP exterior panel boards, install a City furnished manual transfer switch, furnishing and installing underground conduits, furnish and install all service grounding, furnish and install primary UG conduits to utility pole, furnish and install UG secondary conduits and feeders from switchboards to transformers, furnish and install UG conduit feeder stub outs from switchboards, furnish and install concrete pads for transformers, switchboards and subpanels, & bollards, furnish all required raceways, supports and connection components, transfer electrical connections for all existing structures from temporary power connection to new permanent power supply connection, and other associated miscellaneous work as described in the contract plans & specifications. All work to meet current edition of the California Electrical Code.
