Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of new play equipment, site furniture, and asphalt pathways. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Removals; (b) Excavation and site grading; (c) Subsurface drainage; (d) Culvert with grouted rip rap; (e) Concrete CIP play edging; (f) Precast concrete retaining wall; (g) Play Equipment and Swings; (h) Engineered wood fibre safety surfacing; (i) Asphalt pathways; (j) Site furniture; (k) Soil and sod. The funds available for this Contract are $329,500. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 04/04/2024 All enquiries shall be directed to the Contract Administrator identified in D5.1. If the Proponent finds errors, discrepancies or omissions in the proposal, or is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision therein, the Proponent shall promptly notify the Contract Administrator of the error, discrepancy or omission at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline.
