This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Parkwest Projects Ltd. on behalf of the owner of the project, the Seven Oaks School Division to prospective trade contractors to submit proposals for a new K-8 Dual Track School located at 140 Mira Gate, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work of this contract comprises of the construction of the new 87,908 square foot, two-story Ecole Mino Pimatisiwin School. The work must be Totally complete by the start of the 2026 Winter school term. .1 Masonry, Structural Steel, Steel Stud/Drywall, Roofing, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical must submit both Appendix 1 - Qualification Statement (Major Trades) and Appendix 2 - Pricing Form. .2 All Other Scopes of Work must submit both Appendix 1B -Qualification Statement (Remaining Trades) and Appendix 2 - Pricing Form. Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/19 02:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
