Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of joint and crack sealing of designated concrete street pavements in the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) removal of old sealant, shaping and cleaning of reservoir and sealing of existing joint and cracks in the pavement of identified streets; (b) cutting and sealing of new cracks formed in the concrete pavement of identified streets. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Performance within forty (40) consecutive Working Days of the commencement of the Work. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and A labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of asurety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities, if the interests of the City so require.
