Reference Number 0000266495 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/25 01:00:00 AM CDT Pricing Lump sum The Pembina Trails School Division (School Division) is seeking bids for the Supply and Install of School Lockers in Winnipeg, MB. Removal of existing lockers would be completed by the School Division. The Work will involve the provision of labour, material, equipment, services and supervision necessary for the supply and installation of lockers in accordance with manufacturer's printed instructions. Bases will be provided by the School Division. The contractor will be responsible for documenting a formal plan and presenting to the School Division for approval before Work commence. Installation time will be scheduled with the School Division to ensure minimal level of disruption. The installation would be scheduled to commence and complete during the summer holidays to ensure lockers are available for use before mid- August. The Work duration would be confirmed upon award of the contract. Pembina Trails requires the work under this contract to be started after June 17th, 2024, and most work to be completed on or before June 30th, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
