The Angeles National Forest has a Cascadian CXT Double Vault Toilet located at the Headquarters office (701 N Santa Anita Ave, Arcadia CA, 91006) that needs to be loaded, transported, and installed at the Blue Ridge Trailhead (24537 CA-2, Wrightwood, CA 92397). A contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and supervision to load, transport and install the government furnished double vault toilet. Double vault toilet structure is in 3 pieces, the above grade building structure, and two below grade vaults. Tasks include but not limited to loading, transportation,unloading, excavation, backfill and placement and installation of precast concrete vault toilet. No formal questions & answers will be permitted during the site visit. All contractor questions shall be submitted electronically to the contract specialist.
