Reference Number 0000266618 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/21 03:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/03/21 03:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum 1.Sealed quotations comprising of one copy of the attached document, completed as required, for the hauling and spreading of granular materials. Use only this form for the submission of quotes. Any other format will cause your quote to be rejected. 2.Prices quoted shall cover all points in the Rural Municipality of Rosser, Rosser, Manitoba and will be subject to all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes. Final submitted submission prices per tonne will be considered the total submission cost. No additional costs will be allowed after quotation closing or be charged on invoices. 3The municipality shall retain the right to reject as irregular any quotation, which contains any omission, erasures, alterations, or items not called for, in the Quotation Form furnished by the Rural Municipality of Rosser. 4. The Rural Municipality of Rosser retains the right to reject the lowest, any, or all quotation(s) and to accept any quotations which they may consider in the best interest of the Rural Municipality of Rosser. 5.The Rural Municipality of Rosser will not accept or receive any quotations that are faxed or emailed. Please ensure your bid submission is delivered to the Municipal office before the closing date in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RM of Rosser RFQ 1-24 Hauling and Spreading". 6.Each contractor will be deemed to have personal knowledge and to have informed themselves as to the actual conditions and requirements needed to fulfil this RFQ. 7.The Municipality may, at its discretion, extend the contract and the successful contractor agrees to honour their rate on extra tonnage hauled and spread. 8.Quotations received by the Rural Municipality of Rosser will be opened by the Municipal Administration and presented to Council.
