Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rosser, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work shall include connection to, and mechanization of, an existing well for non-potable water as well as a new water service from Farmer Road to the existing building. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demoition of existing components of the washroom/change building. (b) Supply and installation of new interior framing and wall cladding (c) Supply and installation of new mechanical system. (d) Supply and installation of new electrical system. (e) Supply and installation of new water service from Farmer Road to the existing building. (f) Supply and install new exterior decking
