Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rosser, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Major Rehabilitation (i) Sturgeon Road northbound and southbound from south of Hallonquist Drive to Ness Avenue The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Major Rehabilitation (i) Planing existing asphalt overlay; (ii) Full depth concrete repairs of existing joints and slabs; (iii) Renewal of existing curbs and median slabs; (iv) Construction of concrete splash strip; (v) Installation of new catch basins and leads; (vi) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes, and appurtenances; (vii) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type 1A, average thickness 80 mm); (viii) Renewal of existing sidewalks and installation of detectable warning surface tiles; and (ix) Boulevard restoration.
