Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) Flooring - Goals o Replace current flooring with a durable and modern product. o Seamlessly integrate into the larger project schedule. Work is expected to include the following tasks. o Removal and disposal of: o current flooring o cove base o adhesive o Providing and installing: o Tarkett Optima or equivalent o Skimcoat o Vinyl subfloor o Transitions o Base (4") o Welding (heat or chemical) o Moisture testing o Filling of Holes from previous seating chamber o Freight ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
