This project has a budget of $500,000.00. The scope of work for this project is the expansion of Pinebrook Park Parking Lot, located at 7202 118th Ave N. Largo, FL 33773. The scope of the project includes the removal and re-construction of the existing tennis courts to allow for the expansion of the parking lot and the inclusion of a stormwater pond to the southeast of the new parking lot. The City seeks a qualified firm to perform all the necessary tasks in compliance with the attached plans.
