Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: removing existing concrete and asphalt, removing curb, removing planting beds, removing lighted bollards, site grading, installing asphalt, sidewalk, curb and gutter, color and stamped concrete pavement, retaining/seat wall, site lighting, pavement marking, signing, storm sewer, landscaping, site restoration and miscellaneous items of work. Bidders are encouraged to arrive at Fort McCoy at least 30 minutes early due to possible delays for security checks at the main gate. All attendees will be required to check in at Building 30 adjacent to the main gate for clearance if not already previously approved for access. Driver licenses will be required of all persons for background checks. Weapons are note permitted on the grounds.
