Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction and improvements of the existing Alpine Drive, Faith Avenue, and Larson Drive roadways including existing surface removals, excavation and grading, rock excavation, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, base aggregate, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, asphalt pavement, turf and site restoration, erosion control features, and traffic control devices. The anticipated substantial completion date is November 1, 2024, and final completion date is November 22, 2024. Instructions to Bidders. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates.
