Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders for the provision of maintenance services and inspection of water towers, chillers and cooling coils for a period of 5 years. The Lester B. Pearson School Board currently owns fifty-three (52) buildings. Maintenance service is required for 3 of its buildings. The School Board buildings are located on the territory of the island of Montreal in the following cities: Lasalle, Pierrefonds and St-Lazare. All these buildings are located within a 50 km radius of the administrative center, itself located in Dorval. The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 5 years, from May 1 , 2024 to April 30, 2029.
