Reference Number : 1830137 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-11 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document The City of Dorval requires bids for the supply, removal and installation of play modules in Oriole and Walters parks in existing play areas. The call for tenders is divided into 2 lots. The elements to be provided and the work to be carried out by the successful bidder are as follows: 1. Removal and environmental disposal of an existing module; (photos in appendix 1) 2. Relocation of the red vehicle on spring in the area of the climber who was removed; (photos in appendix 1) 3. Make a request for the location of the work area to Info-Excavation before starting work. 4. Excavation and preparation of the land; 5. Supply and installation of surface covering - sand; 6. Supply and installation of curbs; (see details below in: Description of borders) 7. Supply and installation of a games module for the age group 5 years and under; 8. Supply and installation of independent games for the age group 5 years to 12 years; 9. Site restoration. After the work, the premises must be as clean as possible and to the satisfaction of the authorized representative of the city. Once the work is completed, he will have to remove debris, sweep the surfaces and leave the park clean and the play area safe for its opening.
