Per PCC 20111.6, if not already prequalified, all MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified with Long Beach USD and must submit a prequalification questionnaire with QualityBidders.com ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted from a Subcontractor holding an MEP, Solar or Sheet Metal License: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 that has not been prequalified where prequalification is required.
