Outdoor Eating Spaces Oak Grove and Hoover For Two (2) Outdoor Eating Spaces The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors to supply and install Two (2) Outdoor Eating Spaces approximately 40' x 60' each, per MSD specifications and design. The two (2) sites will be Oak Grove Elementary School and Hoover Elementary School. For more details, please see our ITB. Construction of the two structures and related sitework must be completed no later than August 9, 2024. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
