Fresh Coast Green Schoolyards Program: City of Milwaukee Phase Two. The S/W/MBE participation goals for this contract (expressed as a percentage of the total contract dollar amount) are 5% for small or veteran-owned business, 2% for women business, and 13% for minority business enterprises. While the individual S/W/MBE goals may present some challenges relative to this opportunity, the District would expect all proposers to work towards achieving an overall 20% minimum S/W/MBE participation.
