Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Thickwood Heights Public School Westview Public School, & Timberlea Public School Upgrade millwork in 12 classrooms at 3 schools in the division - Thickwood Heights Public, Timberlea Public & Westview Public. Contractor will upgrade 12 millwork areas in 12 different classrooms throughout 3 public schools Replacement of all countertops and sinks in specified areas where needed All replaced millwork to be disposed of by contractor, cannot use public school board garbage bin Plumbing subcontractor will be required - please contact FMPSD in writing for a list of preferred plumbing vendors prior to submitting quotes. After final install contractor will be responsible for any paint touch ups or infill of holes as a result of damage created by the project or new visible areas requiring work that was not visible prior to new install. Supply all labor, equipment and materials to turnover a fully functioning working millwork area. Electrical work may be required for the removal and placement of existing lights Contractor shall apply for, obtain and pay for all permits, licenses, certificates and approvals required by regulatory requirements for the work and its various parts. Responsibility for measurements shall remain with the contractor.
