Site work and paving for a road / highway in Point Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The 2024 Kapp Heights Roadway Improvement Project is being bid concurrently with the Cannery Road Roadway Improvement Project, and all Bidders must submit separate Bids for both Projects. The Project involves the following approximate quantities: 3,510 square yards of cold recycled asphalt base course, cold-in-place; 195 tons of Superpave asphalt mixture design, fine-graded course; 390 tons of Superpave asphalt mixture design, 9.5mm wearing course; and 50 tons of 2A subbase for shoulder backup. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its supplements. The Point Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
