Hamilton County Paycor Stadium is accepting pricing for Paycor Stadium Freight Elevators Refurbishment 2024 A surety in the form of a cashier's check drawn on a solvent financial institution, and made payable to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates, or a bond in the amount of 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The surety must be submitted with the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price as a guarantee for the faithful performance thereof. The submitted bond must be issued by a company licensed to conduct business in the State of Ohio Estimated Amount: $900,000.00 Deadline for Receiving Final ITB - Questions: 04/24/2024 In general, the work shall include the following: 1. All materials, labor, tools, supervisions, equipment and transportation, to complete and leave ready for operation; all systems of this project as specified or indicated on the drawings. 2. Repair, patch and restore (paying other trades if necessary), all work cut to allow the entry of new work installed herein. Set sleeves, boxes and inserts for conduits, hangers, etc., before floors, walks, etc., are installed so as to avoid unnecessary cutting. 3. Repair previously painted surfaces damaged to allow the entry of new work installed herein. 4. Maintain a record set of drawings at the jobsite showing all deviations as to the location of equipment, circuit changes and schematic changes. 5. Firestop sleeving, cuts and openings through walls, partitions, ceilings and floors to allow entry of work installed herein per NEC 300-21. 6. Do not penetrate precast concrete deck before verification of locations with the architect/engineer/Owner's representative. 7. Protect equipment from weather damage (provide heat if necessary) during storage, prior to and after the equipment is set in place, until such time as the building has been closed in and systems are operable so as to eliminate the need for protecting equipment. 8. All telephone, CATV, and electric utility charges required to allow the installation of the permanent services specified. Ascertain these charges prior to submitting bid. 9. Sprinkler control wiring and connection to the fire alarm system. 10. Rubber matting, in front of the service entrance switchboard, along its entire length. The mat shall be black, 1/4" thick by 24" wide of rayon-nylon chopped fiber reinforced rubber as manufactured by the R.C. Musson Company, 1320 Archwood Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44306. 11. Remove and scrap existing power, branch circuit, fire alarm, telephone and control wiring, after de-energizing and capping systems so as to allow the demolition work to proceed. Arrange for telephone wiring to be delivered to the telephone utility.
