Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of Northumberland County will receive sealed bids for a prime contract GENERAL CONTRACTOR for the following construction work: Certain Flooring replacements at the six-story Milton Tower housing building. Prime bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. The last day to submit questions concerning the plans and specifications is April 26, 2024. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the opening date of the bids without the written consent of the Owner. The Housing Authority of Northumberland County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any information informalities in bids. Document info: Bidders must obtain their own set of docs to be eligible to bid. The Architects office will not be responsible for mailing costs. Addendum will be issued via email to Prime Bidders Only. A DWF or PDF version of the contract documents is available to be transmitted electronically to each prime bidder in lieu of obtaining the printed drawings and specification manual. Notify the Architect's office and provide email and any other information required to send documents. This option is available at no cost.
