The Housing Authority of Northumberland County will receive sealed bids from bona-fide bidders for a single Prime Contract for General Construction for Plumbing Access Panels & Bathroom Ceiling Replacement -- Phase 1 for the six-story Milton Tower housing development, Milton, Pennsylvania. WORK IS SUBJECT TO PREVAILING WAGE. Bids are expected to be awarded at the next scheduled Housing Authority of Northumberland County Board of Commissioners public meeting following the November 26, 2024, bid opening. Prime Bidders must submit documentary bidders evidence of minority and women owned business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of employment opportunities as well as contract solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. must also submit documentary evidence of Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted with the bid. Addendum will be issued via email to Prime Bidders Only. The last day to submit questions concerning the specifications is November 14, 2024. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the opening date of the bids without the written consent of the Owner.
