Pave Contract:Furnish and Place 458 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course;1,372 Ton Asphalt Base Course;305 Ton 2A Subbase; 107 SY Asphalt Roadway Restoration and perform 5,080 SY Pulverization. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts isrequired of all bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
