ONWASA seeks to contract with a qualified Generator Repair Specialist to provide all permits, materials, equipment, and labor necessary for on-site preventative maintenance and repairs by trained technicians for ONWASA's generators in planned and emergency situations. All proposals shall be valid for a period of 90 days pending ONWASA Board of Directors' approval and awarding of contract. Quoted price should not include any sales or usage taxes but should only reflect the actual proposed price of the service. ONWASA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposal which, in the opinion of ONWASA, appears to be in its best interest. All proposals shall be notarized. Proposers responding to this RFP are hereby notified that NC General Statutes relating to licensing of contractors will be observed in receiving proposals and awarding contracts. Neither Performance nor Payment Bonds are required for this Work. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.
