You are invited to bid on a single general contract for the Centennial Road and Arnold Avenue Improvements described in general as follows: Centennial Road and Arnold Avenue Improvements: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for approximately 8,096 square yards of concrete pavement, 3,205 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1,053 square yards of sidewalk, 1,296 square yards of multi-use path, 1,000 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, 20 storm structures, 2 storm sewer pipe end sections, and 8,779 linear feet of pavement marking. The improvements include, clearing and grubbing, grading, culvert modifications, contractor construction staking, mobilization, erosion control, grass seeding, and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified.
