Redevelopment Authority of Easton, PA. (RDA) will be accepting submission of proposals to provide construction services for the renovation of 824-832 Ferry Street, Easton PA 18042. The renovation will consist of converting a vacant church into a 4-unit multifamily building. The bidder will be responsible for all aspects of construction as outlined in the architectural drawings, including management temporary facilities and permit costs. All bidders are required to complete a site visit held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 11:00 am. Proposal Award: By Monday, April 15, 2024 Questions Due Date: Question Deadline 04/22/2024 at 4:00 PM ET The RDA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to waive any informalities in the proposal process. Submissions may be held by the RDA for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Renovate the existing church into (4) residential units. Each unit to have an open plan living /dining / kitchen, a bathroom, sleeping area and a loft. Any interpretation or correction of the documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued, and a copy of the Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of the Proposal Documents. The RDA will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the Proposal Documents. All requests for interpretation must be received by the RDA at least five days prior to the proposal opening.
