Site work and paving for a road / highway in Easton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Williams Township Board of Supervisors, 655 Cider Press Road, Easton, PA 18042, will receive sealed bids for the following Description of Work for the 2024 Road Paving Project: Construct approximately 42,096 Square Yards Double Bituminous Seal Coat Application, 4,944 Square Yards Single Bituminous Seal Coat Application. Construct approximately 18,902 Square Yards FB Modified Bituminous Paving Course. All workmanship and material to be in compliance with PennDot Publication 408, Section 470 (where applicable). Bidders are required to be PennDot pre-qualified in contract items. Proof is required with bid submittal. Proposals must be on PennDot forms included in the specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to "Williams Township". A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within twenty (20) days after the contract is awarded. Williams Township reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all or any part of bids submitted for any reason.
