Site work and paving for a road / highway in Easton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Moore Township, Northampton County, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Section 1.2 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. The project includes application of approximately 53,200 SY of Double Oil and Chip Asphalt Surface Treatment in accordance with PennDOT Pub. 408 Section 480 as a base bid. Project areas are located throughout Moore Township (Northampton County) as indicated on a location map provided with the project specifications. Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions concerning the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted via online.
