This project is for the installation of a 2.5 MGD pump station adjacent to the Lehigh County Authority Pretreatment Plant in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County: The Work will be performed under three Contracts as follows: Contract No. 2024-01 - General/Process Mechanical/SCADA Contract No. 2024-02 - Electrical Contract No. 2024-03 - Mechanical/HVAC Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
