Annual Generator Load Bank Testing and Automatic Transfer Switch Inspection Services. The County ofNorthampton is soliciting proposals for Annual Generator Load Bank Testing and Automatic Transfer Switch Inspection services in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Mail or deliver five (2) paper copies (One original and One copy) (not bound or in a notebooks) and one (1) thumb drive capable of being searched electronically ofthe proposal to SCOPE OF WORK Vendor shall conduct one (1) annual load bank test for each generator contained within the scope of this Contract, identified in the Equipment Summary. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof or items therein, and to waive technicalities required as deemed in the best interest of the County. Omission of any information may be sufficient cause for rejection of the proposal. The term of the agreement shall be for three (3) years from the date of execution. The County may terminate the agreement at any time by providing a thirty (30) day notice to the selected Vendor. All pricing provided at the time of the proposal is submitted shall remain in effect for the duration of the contract.
