**As of April 5, 2024 this project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Project Scope: Interior building modifications to include reconfiguration of space, new door openings, removal of existing door openings, relocation of select electrical devices and other related work to restore areas to "like new" condition. The Lamphere Schools will receive single prime sealed bids to furnish all labor and materials and perform all other work necessary and incidental to the project listed above, in accordance with published instructions, specifications, drawings and other contract documents. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in regard thereto. In addition, the Board reserves the right to evaluate bids on any basis determined by the Board to be in the best interest of the Board and to consider alternate bids if the low bidder(s) do(es) not meet the specifications or are otherwise determined to be unqualified.
