The scope of this project generally involves reconstructing a portion of Elizabeth Avenue between the Westerland Road and Freshwater Road, while at the same time developing a segment of a Shared Use Path (SUP) along portion of Elizabeth Avenue from Westerland Road to Paton Street. The project also involves select sewer repairs/replacements, removal and replacement of pedestrian signal infrastructure, new pedestrian signal infrastructure, underground electrical works, removal and replacement of street lighting, tree protection/removals/plantings, and other miscellaneous items as outlined by the contract drawings and technical requirements.
