Site work for a water / sewer project in Deer Creek, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Interior Wet Rehabilitation a. Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 2. Exterior Rehabilitation a. Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. b. Full containment curtain. 3. Interior Dry Rehabilitation a. Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 4. Miscellaneous grinding, welding, painting and caulking. 5. New safety climb system to all tower ladders. 6. New overflow pipe screen. 7. New pressure manway gaskets. 8. New tower logo, and color scheme with multiple colors (see Appendix for rendering). 9. Grout repair and replacement around cone base. 10. New dual aviation LED light with pivoting post. 11. Miscellaneous interior tower improvements, valve additions, and new vents. 12. New LED lighting inside tower. 13. Remove and reinstall tank mixer. 14. Disinfection 15. Site restoration 16. Installation, maintenance, and operation of a 10,000-gallon pressure tank system. 17. Maintain full function existing telecom and internet service, and other equipment attached to and inside tower. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
