Question Acceptance Deadline 04/24/2025 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Public Bid Opening: City of Oak Park 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, Michigan 48237 Prevailing Wage Rates: Not required Successful contractor(s) may be requested to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds for any Bid Category exceeding $50,000, but is not necessarily a requirement for contract award. The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in an amount equal to the contract amount. The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be for the protection of City of Oak Park and Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. and shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of Michigan and be listed in Federal Register or have an AM Best Rating of B+ or better. All bonds to be dual obligee bonds to City of Oak Park and Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. Bid Security: 5% bid security required. Bid bonds are preferred, however, certified or cashier checks are acceptable.
