Site work for a water / sewer project in El Monte, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 9, 2024, the project is awarded to Verne's Plumbing, but the awarded amount is not available. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a Contractor to provide an on-call, Service Request basis. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plumbing and sewer related issues at CARB's Haagen-Smit Laboratory (HSL) located at 9528 Telstar Avenue, El Monte, California 91731. All work provided by Contractor shall be inspected by CARB's Southern Facilities Unit (SFU) to ensure that the scope of the service request has been completed. CARB is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed. In the case of work requiring specialty inspection or performed under a building code, all required approvals shall be provided by qualified inspectors certified by corresponding regulatory entity approving the work. The contract term shall be for thirty-six (36) months. CARB's budget for this project is $50,000.00. Bids exceeding this amount may be deemed nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
