The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a Contractor to provide an as-needed, on-call, Service Request basis, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation (no truck charges allowed) and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Energy Management Control Systems related at CARBs Haagen-Smit Laboratory (HSL) located at 9528 Telstar Avenue, El Monte, California 91731. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a Contractor to provide an as-needed, on-call, Service Request basis. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation (no truck charges allowed) and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Energy Management Control Systems related at CARB's Haagen-Smit Laboratory (HSL) located at 9528 Telstar Avenue, El Monte, California 91731. All work provided by Contractor shall be inspected by CARB's Southern Facilities Unit (SFU) to ensure that the scope of the service request has been completed. CARB is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed. In the case of work requiring specialty inspection or performed under a building code, all required approvals shall be provided by qualified inspectors certified by corresponding regulatory entity approving the work. The contract term shall be for thirty-six (36) months. CARB's budget for this project is $29,997.00. Bids exceeding this amount may be deemed nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
